Eligibility & Membership

1. Applicants must be 18 years or. Applicants under 18 require signed parent/guardian consent.
2. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of FMAAS after review of the submitted application.
3. A valid government photo ID must be produced at the time of ID card collection / event check-in.

Fees & Payment

1. Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of application outcome, except where required by law.
2. Membership is considered active only after payment is confirmed by the FMAAS team.
3. FMAAS reserves the right to revise membership fees and benefits from time to time with prior notice.

Conduct & Safety

1. Members must follow all safety rules, event regulations and instructions of officials at any FMAAS-affiliated activity.
2. Members participate in any motorsport, offroad or aviation activity entirely at their own risk. FMAAS Only Can Provide sefty Tool And Instructions to be followed , Premium Members can Get Benifits on Tool Purchase and Partial injury During practice, its officials and affiliated event organisers are liable for any injury, loss or damage to person or property As Per pre discussion On Membership Conformation.
3. FMAAS reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct violating its code of conduct or bringing the federation into disrepute.

Media & Data

1. By applying, members consent to being photographed/filmed at FMAAS events and to such media being used for promotional purposes.
2. Personal information shared here is used solely for membership processing, safety and communication purposes.
