SPEED ORION CUP

Eligibility

1. Riders must be 6 years or older. Riders under 18 require a signed parent/guardian consent, submitted separately at the venue.
2. A valid government photo ID and a valid riding license (where applicable) must be produced at the time of scrutiny/check-in.
3. Motofy Arena reserves the right to verify all rider and vehicle details before the race day.

Safety & Gear

1. Full-face helmet, riding jacket, gloves, boots and knee/elbow guards are mandatory for every rider on track. Riders without complete safety gear will not be allowed to race.
2. All vehicles are subject to a pre-race technical and safety inspection. Motofy Arena may reject any vehicle deemed unsafe.
3. Riders participate entirely at their own risk. Motofy Arena, its organisers, sponsors and venue partners are not liable for any injury, death, or damage to person or property arising from participation.
4. Riders must be medically fit to participate and are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical condition at registration.

Registration & Fees

1. Registration is confirmed only after successful submission of this form and receipt of any applicable entry fee (details shared post-registration).
2. Entry fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including in case of rider withdrawal, no-show, or disqualification.
3. Motofy Arena reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel the event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, with no cash refund obligation beyond what is communicated at the time.

Conduct & Disqualification

1. Any rider found using unfair means, tampering with track markers, or displaying dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified without refund.
2. Decisions of the race marshals and organising committee on timing, penalties and results are final and binding.

Media & Data

1. By registering, riders consent to being photographed/filmed during the event, and to Motofy Arena using such media for promotional purposes without separate compensation.
2. Personal information shared here is used solely for event registration, safety and communication purposes.
